World Archery has banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials.
Athletes and officials from Russia and Belarus are barred from World Series of Athletics events, including the World Team Race Walking Championships in Oman this weekend, the World Indoor Championships in Serbia this month and the world championships in Eugene, Oregon, in July.
The FIA has banned teams from Russia and Belarus from all international events. Individual Russian and Belarusian drivers and officials were allowed to race as neutrals under the FIA flag, without their national symbols, flags, colors and anthems. FIA elected officials suspended. Formula 1 canceled the Russian Grand Prix in Sochi in September and canceled the contract with the race. Intercontinental Drifting Cup in Sochi in June cancelled.
Athletes and officials from Russia and Belarus are banned from Badminton World Federation tournaments from March 8. All BWF events in Russia and Belarus have been canceled. A few Russian players at two para events in Spain this week and next week have been allowed to compete as neutrals without national flags or anthems.
The World Baseball and Softball Confederation banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials.
Russian teams and officials banned by the International Basketball Federation. Russia excluded from the Women’s Basketball World Cup in Australia in September. The EuroLeague has suspended Russian clubs CSKA Moscow, UNICS Kazan and Zenit Saint Petersburg. EuroCup suspended Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar. EuroLeague Women has suspended Russian clubs UMMC Yekaterinburg, Dynamo Kursk and MBA Moscow.
The International Canoe Federation has banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials.
The International Sport Climbing Federation has banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials. Bouldering and Sprint World Cup in Moscow in April to be moved.
The World Curling Federation has banned Russia, excluding them from the women’s world championship in Canada this month and the men’s world championship in Las Vegas in April. European Championships in Perm, Russia, in November to be relocated.
The International Cycling Union has banned national and professional teams from Russia and Belarus. All UCI events in Russia and Belarus cancelled. Russian and Belarusian professional riders are allowed in non-Russian and Belarusian teams. Russian and Belarusian individual runners are allowed, if allowed, as neutrals without national flags or emblems.
The International Equestrian Federation has canceled all remaining events this year in Russia (51) and Belarus (six), including the Eurasia Championships in Moscow in July.
The International Fencing Federation has banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials. Events in Russia and Belarus canceled or to be moved. FIE President Alisher Usmanov, a Russian, has retired.
The International Gymnastics Federation has banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials from March 7. World Cup and Challenge World Cup events in Russia and Belarus have been cancelled, including the Acrobatics World Cup in Oktyabrskiy, Russia, in May, and the Trampoline World Cup in Saint -Petersburg in September.
Russia excluded from the Junior Women’s World Cup in South Africa in April.
Russia and Belarus banned from International Ice Hockey Federation events. The Russian men will be eliminated from the world championship in May. The Junior World Championships in Russia in 2023 have been transferred to Serbia. The NHL has suspended all commercial transactions in Russia. Finnish club Jokerit have withdrawn from the Kontinental Hockey League Conference quarter-finals.
The International Judo Federation has canceled all tournaments in Russia, including the Kazan Grand Slam in May. Russian judokas can compete under the IJF flag, logo and anthem. The IJF has suspended Russian President Vladimir Putin as honorary president and ambassador. Sergey Soloveychik, Russian President of the European Judo Union, has resigned.
The Karate 1-Premier League event in Moscow in October will be moved.
Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials banned from International Modern Pentathlon Union events.
Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials banned from world rowing competitions.
Russia and Belarus suspended by World Rugby and Rugby Europe from all international and cross-border club events. Russia men’s team excluded from the European Rugby Championship and qualified for the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Russia women’s team excluded from the European Rugby Championship, World Series Seven and qualifying for the Rugby Sevens World Cup in South Africa in September. The Russian Rugby Federation’s membership of World Rugby is suspended. The membership of Russia and Belarus in Rugby Europe is suspended.
World Sailing banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials.
Russian and Belarusian athletes are excluded from International Shooting Sport Federation events. European Championships in Moscow in August to be relocated.
World Skate has ordered individuals and teams from Russia and Belarus to compete as neutrals without national flags, symbols, colors and anthems. No events to organize in Russia and Belarus.
Russia and Belarus have banned International Skating Union events, including the world speed skating championships in Norway this week and the world figure skating championships in France this month.
The International Ski Federation has banned Russian and Belarusian athletes until the end of the season. All events in Russia until the end of the season canceled or moved. World Cup cancellations included ski cross in Sunny Valley last weekend, jumps in Yaroslavl last week and Moscow this Saturday; bumps at Kuzbass this weekend; cross-country in Tyumen this month; and women’s ski jumping in Nizhny Tagil and Chaikovsky this month.
FIFA and UEFA have suspended Russian national teams and clubs from all competitions. The men’s national team is excluded from the World Cup qualifiers this month. UEFA has banned Belarus from hosting international matches.
The Champions League final in May moved from Saint Petersburg to Paris. Spartak Moscow expelled from the Europa League in the round of 16.
UEFA has canceled sponsorship of Russian energy company Gazprom which covered the Champions League, UEFA national team competitions and the 2024 European Championship.
The Junior World Championships in St. Petersburg, Russia, in August will be moved.
The International Surfing Association has banned Russian athletes and officials.

The International Tennis Federation has canceled all events in Russia and Belarus. Russia and Belarus withdrew from the Davis Cup and the Billie Jean King Cup. The ITF membership of the Russian Tennis Federation and the Belarusian Tennis Federation is suspended. The ATP-WTA Cup from the Kremlin in Moscow in October is suspended. Russian and Belarusian players will participate in tours as neutrals without national flags.
The World Triathlon has banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials.
Men’s World Championship in Russia in August to be moved. National Volleyball League matches in Russia in June and July will be moved.

The European Olympic Committee has banned Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials from participating in the European Winter Youth Olympic Festival in Vuokatti, Finland, this month.
