Poonch, Sept. 21: Salil Raina won the men’s singles title by beating Sandeep Luthra in a hotly contested final of the 32nd District Open Table Tennis
Championship organized by the District Table Tennis Association at the Indoor Hall, Sports Stadium, here. Salil made a tight set 11-09,
